2. Use of Service & Scanning Policy
The Service provides website diagnostic audits estimating LLM crawlability, metadata, and citation scores.
- Fair Use limits: You agree not to abuse or overload our diagnostic modules. Attempting automated scraping or bulk scan queries that disrupt service availability is strictly prohibited.
- Scanning Authorization: By initiating a scan, you warrant that you are either the domain owner or have the authorized right to inspect the target website.
3. User Accounts
To access elevated scan limits and premium feature modules (such as Pro or Agency tiers), you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and are fully liable for all activities that occur under your session.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refund Policy
We offer paid subscription tiers (Pro and Agency) billed on monthly or yearly cycles.
Strict Refund Policy:
All transactions are final. There are no refunds, partial refunds, or credits issued once payment is completed. Once a transaction is finalized and the resources (unlimited scans, comparison tools, whitelist privileges) are provisioned, the purchase is strictly non-refundable.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to the paid features until the billing period concludes.
5. Intellectual Property
All code, design layouts, diagnostic scores, metrics algorithms, logos, and materials generated by the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of the AI Crawler Checker and are protected by international copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that the insights provided will ensure inclusion or specific ranking visibility within commercial LLM systems (such as ChatGPT Search, Claude, or Perplexity). In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
